THE FRANCHISE PRO
This is the written plan for The Franchise Pro Build: everything The Process builds and runs for The Franchise Pro, in the order it happens, with the honest status of every piece. The Franchise Pro brings the franchise expertise, the brand, and the relationships. Business Hub OS brings the system those relationships live in: the audit, the pages, the quiz funnel, the agent, the CRM, and the follow-up that never depends on anyone's memory.
Two research pieces anchor the Build. The market map (completed October 1, 2026) covers who buys franchise buyer leads, what qualification is worth in this market, the competitors, and the FTC compliance lines that govern every word the brand publishes. The company review audits the live presence itself: 11 findings, each with its evidence, and a fix-first list.

Strategy sessions with Mike Raiche run from May 2026 through October 2026, including the working sessions of October 8 and 9 that set this Build's sequence: what ships first, what waits, and which decisions sit with whom. The decisions live in the project record, and this plan is their published form.
An internal draft proposal package was prepared on October 2, 2026. This page supersedes it as the public plan of record for the Build: same road, honest statuses, nothing promised that is not already true or clearly marked as next.
The identity is live and applied everywhere: navy #0C184A and gold #CB991E on cream, Montserrat and Inter with Playfair Display italics, the logo set, and Fran's verified character art. What remains is the kit itself: one document holding the tokens, the logo files, the art, and the voice and compliance rules, so every future piece starts from the kit instead of from sampling the website.
The canonical site is live at thefranchisepro.com, and the rebuilt site has been live in preview since October 8, 2026. The sequenced move inside this step is the one-front-door decision from the audit: properly upgrade the canonical build's framework dependency, or cut the domain to the rebuild. Until that call lands, both stay up and the domain keeps the original.

The 18-card matchmaker quiz is live on the homepage: sample question above the fold, one slide per question, capital bands as the first qualifier, scoring behind it. Two sequenced upgrades ride this step: the completed contact gate (name, phone, email, TCPA written consent, already built in the rebuild) goes live on the domain, and the post-quiz path (Step 08's territory) gets built behind it.

Fran's widget rides the live quiz today, and her approved training is drafted: her role, her qualification flow, and her hard rules (she never discusses earnings or returns, never gives advice, always discloses she is an AI, never touches the FDD). Her status is Launching soon, verified in a live browser session on October 16, 2026: the orb opens a panel reading “Coming soon — Ask Fran is launching shortly,” and its Chat and Voice buttons are not functional, so she does not answer yet. This step's remaining work is connecting her properly: give her a proper agent record with approved knowledge and the brand's colors, so she can be trained and measured like every other agent in the network.
The Franchise Pro's CRM subaccounts were provisioned on October 9, 2026 (the business subaccount and Mike's personal subaccount), with no AI or outbound switched on. On top of that base, this step builds Mike's post-quiz experience (authored October 12, 2026): instant results, the consultant call to action, the confirmation sequence, and the nurture drip, on Zuops, plus the end-to-end proof that a quiz lead lands as a CRM record.
The branded content workspace was built on October 2, 2026: the working app with its social tab, agent and brain plumbing, and approval queue. Its public address (workspace.thefranchisepro.com) currently fails to connect; repairing that address, or retiring it for the working default, is this step's open item.
The first assets exist: a 10-second promo spot in the WTF format and four launch images in social formats, all produced from the brand kit and the approved facts. The step completes when the brand's own profiles exist (LinkedIn and Facebook first), the placeholder footer links are replaced with real ones, and the accounts connect to the social engine, so finished pieces publish from one compose instead of living in a folder.
Three of the four launch images: meet Fran, the quiz promo, and the hero. The full set of four is shown on The Franchise Pro Build. Launch status: produced, unpublished, awaiting the brand's profiles.
Once the channels above are connected (quiz leads in the CRM, socials publishing, Fran answering), every reply lands in one unified inbox: the AI drafts, the team approves, and nothing waits unseen in a platform nobody checked. This is the step the whole Build points at, and it is sequenced last on purpose.
The market map, the two-funnel lead playbook, the scoring model, and the compliance research sit underneath every step above. They are the reason the quiz asks what it asks and Fran says what she says.
A 10-second vertical promo in the WTF format ("I found my franchise in sixty seconds flat") with karaoke captions and the navy-and-gold end card, produced at zero ad spend. It plays on The Franchise Pro Build page.
Mike Raiche's own build instructions for everything after the quiz (October 12, 2026): instant results, the consultant call to action, two-layer hand-off, confirmation emails, and the nurture drip, with Fran as the bridge in every message. Build work for Step 08.
