THE FRANCHISE PRO
Every build follows the same road. This one is published while it is being walked.
The Process is the Business Hub OS method: the same 12-step road every build takes, from the first audit to a fully connected system. A Build is one business's run through it. Argent Reach, the cybersecurity partner program, was Build No. 1. The Franchise Pro is Build No. 2, and it is the public example: it is our own franchise vertical, so nothing has to be held back. The audit, the plan, the live quiz, the agent's real status, the pieces still in build: all of it is on this page and the pages under it, exactly as it stands.
The Build opened with research: a full market map of the franchise buyer-lead business (buyers, pricing benchmarks, competitors, and the FTC compliance lines), completed October 1, 2026. The company review followed the same discipline on The Franchise Pro itself: 11 findings with the evidence attached, from the genuinely strong quiz to the social presence that does not exist yet.

Strategy sessions with Mike Raiche from May through October 2026 ranked the priorities and mapped the sequence, including the sessions of October 8 and 9 that set this Build's order. The plan below is what came out of those rooms.
Every step of the Build, in sequence, with its honest status: what is live, what is in build, what is next. No step is listed as live unless it is.

The identity came first and has held everywhere since: navy and gold on cream, Montserrat and Inter with Playfair Display italics, the logo set, and Fran's character art (verified October 1, 2026). The remaining work is the kit document itself: the tokens, files, art, and voice and compliance rules in one place.
The current logo and the kit's core tokens. Every page of this Build, and every asset produced for it, wears this set and no other.
The canonical site is live at thefranchisepro.com. The rebuilt site has been live in preview since October 8, 2026. The audit's first fix is the decision between them: properly upgrade the canonical build, or cut the domain to the rebuild. Both are linked here so the comparison is public.

This is the real quiz, served live from thefranchisepro.com: 18 THIS-or-THAT cards, about 60 seconds, capital bands first. It is the front door of the whole business and the reference implementation of the Pro Quiz pattern now used across our lead funnels.

Fran's "Ask Fran" orb rides the live quiz today: tap it in the corner of the quiz above and her panel opens. What it says today is "Coming soon — Ask Fran is launching shortly," and its Chat and Voice buttons are not functional yet. She does not answer today. Her character, her role, and her compliance rules are all written and approved as a draft spec: she qualifies candidates, she never discusses earnings or returns, she never gives advice, and she always discloses she is an AI.
That status was verified in a live browser session on October 16, 2026: the panel, its "launching shortly" message, and the non-functional buttons are what a visitor finds right now. Fran also does not yet carry a Business Hub OS agent record (no provisioned orb, no training file on record). Connecting her properly — putting her training on the record and provisioning her for real — is an open step of this Build, listed as fix item 5 in the audit. Until she answers, her slot says "launching soon," because that is the truth.

The CRM subaccounts were provisioned on October 9, 2026: the business subaccount and Mike's personal subaccount, no AI or outbound switched on. The current work on this step is Mike's post-quiz experience (instant results, consultant call to action, confirmations, nurture) built on this CRM, ending with a verified test lead delivered from the quiz.
The branded content workspace was built on October 2, 2026: the working app with its social tab, agent plumbing, and approval queue. Its public address currently fails to connect, which is an open fix in the audit; the app itself is built and recorded.
The first pieces are produced: a 10-second promo spot in the WTF format and four launch images in social formats, all from the brand kit and approved facts. The honest status beside them: the brand has no social profiles yet, so these have never been published. Claiming the profiles and connecting them to the social engine is the rest of this step.
The 10-second promo spot, produced in the system, October 2026. Launch status: unpublished, awaiting the brand's accounts (audit fix 7).
The four launch images in social formats, produced from the brand kit and the approved facts: meet Fran, the quiz promo, the hero, and the lead-tiers explainer. Launch status: unpublished. The brand has no social profiles yet, so these have never been posted.
The step the Build points at: when the quiz leads flow into the CRM, Fran answers from her approved training, and the socials publish from one compose, every reply lands in a single inbox where the AI drafts and the team approves. Sequenced last, on purpose.
Where the road ends: not promises, products. These are live today, each one a tap away.

The 18-card quiz app, live and served inside thefranchisepro.com/quiz. It also plays in the walkthrough above.
The audit as a published page: 11 findings, the market, the head-to-head, the fix-first list.
The plan as a published page: every step in sequence, with its honest status.
Not in hand yet, so not pictured: the virtual card, the lead dashboard, and a public Mission Control surface. The Franchise Pro's CRM subaccounts are provisioned (Step 08 territory, behind login), but none of those three products exists as a public surface today. When each one lands, it takes its place in this row with its own screenshot and live link.
